Dr. Bryan Kent is a Rochester, New York native and 2016 graduate of New York Chiropractic College and a 2017 graduate of the Finger Lakes School of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine. Bryan blends his eastern training of Acupuncture with his western bio-medicine and movement rehabilitation training to create a truly unique and evidence informed, individualized approach for each person he treats.
Bryan has been practicing in Boston for two and a half years and has had the honor of working with hundreds of athletes across a variety of sports and activities including Rowing, CrossFit, Track and Field, Triathlon, Running, Power Lifters, Strength athletes and Yogi’s. Bryan is a co-owner and clinic co-director of Forward Spine & Sport in Boston.
Bryan has had a life long passion for movement and sports playing mostly team sports as a kid. He developed a passion for running at age 12 and has been running ever since. He was a Division III collegiate athlete in Cross Country and Track and Field. After college, Bryan competed in the 2009 Amateur Triathlon World Championships in Gold Coast, Australia. He is currently training for his first Marathon but loves CrossFit and is a member of Kendall Square CrossFit in Cambridge.
Bryan has worked with all ages and abilities in the athletic world from novice to future Olympians. He believes that every body was born to move often and that everyone is an athlete in their own way. If you move, you’re an athlete.
