Erica Adams played in the 2011 IWFL World Championship game as a member of the New England Intensity and she was selected to the IWFL All-Star team that same year.
Before football, Erica competed on the varsity women’s lacrosse and women’s soccer teams as well as the Bison club ice hockey squad while attending Nichols College. She played four seasons on the lacrosse team from 2005 to 2008, including two as starting goaltender. Adams is currently third all-time in program history with 321 career saves.
As Head Coach of Bridgewater State University Women’s Lacrosse, Adams was named 2017 Massachusetts Collegiate Athletic Conference (MASCAC) Women’s Lacrosse Coach of the Year.
