Amanda Alpert enjoys athletics in every part of her life, including her job, where she works as the Athletic Director as Chelsea High.
Amanda played tennis and competed in indoor and outdoor track and field at Saugus (Mass.) High School. She went on to compete in track and field at Springfield College.
Alpert began playing football after college, first with the Bay State Warriors, then with the Boston Militia and now with the Renegades. She has won seven football championships while earning 12 all-star selections. She became a member of Boston Women’s Football’s “100 Club” in 2018 with a 21-14 victory over the D.C. Divas.
Alpert is also a former competitor in strongman/woman competitions and is the women’s heavyweight champion of the 2011 Massachusetts Strongman / Woman Championships.
