Bell was one of the Philadelphia Phantomz’s most formidable players, earning All-American honors in each of her three seasons there. She was also a member of the gold medal-winning 2017 U.S. Women’s National Football Team.
Bell was a collegiate basketball player at Temple University and Newman University. As a senior at Newman, she lead the Jets to a Heartland Conference title and a berth in the NCAA Div. II Regional Tournament. She was the conference’s leading scorer and was named the conference Player of the Year as well as a Daktronics First Team All-American. She finished as the third-leading scorer in NCAA Div. II women’s basketball.
As a high school basketball player, Bell was named News Gleaner Player of the Year, and holds the all-time record at Northeast High School (Philadelphia, Pa.) for most points scored in four years.
