From 2016 to 2018, Shantia “Tee” Creech was a top player on the Philadelphia Phantomz where she twice earned All-American honors.
In 2019 with the Renegades, Creech turned in the most prolific season-long defensive performance in women’s tackle football history. She posted league-leading stats in interceptions (12), interception return yards (295), and interception return touchdowns (5), while also ranking #3 in pass deflections and #2 kickoff return yardage. Her stellar performance earned her a third All-American selection. Inexplicably, she was passed over for Defensive Player of the Year honors.
Putting her versatility on display, Creech’s success as a kick returner earned her a fourth All-American nod in 2021.
A known giver and community support advocate, Creech organized a care package operation and distributed them with her fellow Renegades to homeless families and individuals in Boston in 2019.
Creech was a standout basketball player at James B. Hunt High School in Philadelphia, and a collegiate basketball player at Goldey-Beacom College.
