Hillary Crook Headshot

Hillary Crook joined the Boston Renegades women’s professional football team in 2017 as offensive liner.

She attended Jacksonville University where she was a three-time American Sun (ASUN) Conference indoor shot put champion. As of 2018, her 2010 throw of 46’10.25″ is still a conference meet record. She is also a two-time ASUN Conference outdoor shot put champion.

Prior to college, Crook was a three-time champion in Massachusetts for shot put while at Mansfield (MA) High School, where today she teaches health and physical education and coaches field events for the track and field program. Hillary is still the program’s record holder for shot put as of 2018.

“When my college track and field career ended, I thought I wouldn’t be on a team again,” explained Hillary Crook. “Thanks to football, and the Renegades, I get to continue my athletic career.”

In her third year, Crook earned her first nod as a WFA All-American. She earned the honor again in 2021, 2022 and 2023.

Crook is also a member of the U.S. Women’s National Football Team. The team won the gold medal at the 2022 IFAF Women’s World Championship.
