Lisa Vincent did not play organized sports in high school or college, but is a long-time participant flag football. She played in the Rhode Island Women’s Flag Football League (RIWFFL) from 1996 until the present. Lisa was also a four-time selectee to the International Women’s Flag Football Association (IWFFA) All Star Team.
Lisa is also tackle football veteran. She was the 2008 New England Intensity Rookie of the Year. After breaking her leg on the field in 2009, Lisa returned in 2010 as the Defensive MVP. She was the team MVP in 2011, as well as the Offensive MVP in 2011, 2012, and 2013. In 2013 she was inducted into the New England Intensity Hall of Fame. Lisa was also a member of 2014 WFA National Champion Boston Militia. Lisa began playing for the Boston Renegades professional women’s team in 2021 and earned All-American honors in 2023.
Lisa Vincent worked for ten years as a personal trainer before obtaining a Master’s degree in Kinesiology/Exercise Science.
