Website & Store Policies


  1. If you buy stuff from our online store, we collect your name and contact information so we know where to send your stuff, and so we can contact you if there’s a problem with your order.
  2. We will never sell, give away or share your name or contact information with anyone else, nor will we use it for anything other than completing your order.

    The only exceptions are a) if you opt into our email list, in which case we’ll send you occasional emails with updates about what’s going on with the Boston Renegades, and b) if for some reason we are required to by law.

  3. All payments for our online store are processed securely offsite by Stripe, Inc.  At no time do any of us see, store or have any access to your payment details (credit card number, etc.) — it never even passes through our site or servers.  It’s a lot easier and safer for all of us that way.

    Note: Your purchase will appear on your financial transaction statement or history as “Boston Renegades”.

Store Policies and Shipping

  1. If your items are in stock, we try to get them on their way to you within a day or two of your order; you’ll get an email from us once they’ve shipped. We send most items via USPS Priority Mail, so depending on how far from Boston you are, your items should take about two or three business days to be delivered to you once they’re in the mail.
  2. The “pickup” shipping option exists solely for Renegades players and staff who can pick stuff up at practice. If you choose this option, you need to indicate in the Order Notes box on the Checkout page the name of the player or staff member to whom your order should be given. If you don’t do this and you just place your order with no instructions and no shipping charges, we will need to cancel your order and refund your payment minus $3.00 to cover the processing fees that we pay.
  3. We can’t provide refunds on any purchases, but if you buy something wearable and it’s the wrong size, you can send it back to us — unworn and unwashed — and exchange it for a different size.  (You’ll have to pay for shipping.)  Email us at if you want to do this and we’ll send you an exchange slip with shipping info.
  4. Of course, if for some reason what is delivered to you isn’t what was on your confirmation email, please let us know right away and we’ll make it right!
